Sometimes
Sometimes there are things to talk about around here and sometimes I read something that I want to share with you. So, At Home or Abroad seems like a good title for Lenny and me. Right now we hope for rain from the hurricane. Lately my focus point has been at grandma's house. She weighs seventy-five pounds and I'm trying to feed her well so she gains some weight. Any recipes and ideas welcome. Paula and I are thinking of putting Morris' picture in a contest to see if we might be able to win seven hundred and fifty dollars. Tonight he wouldn't cooperate for his photo shoot. Dad's home now so bye!

Well, I think your title is definitely a good one--more dignified than what Eldon and I came up with: "Tuesdays with Morris (and Lenny, too)"

I like it! I really like the title "At Home or Abroad" and you can write until you are content. I think you will like having a place to go to put your thoughts and for us to read. I'm glad you started one.

Here's my recipe to fatten up Thomas, maybe you can adapt it for Grandma...a bottle of Pedisure (you can use Ensure for Grandma), a few scoops of Similac (maybe you could put an instant breakfast packet in for this ingredient), a few teaspoons of Ovaltine, and then some WHOLE MILK. This is what Thomas calls "WAH WAH MILK" (Chocolate Milk)! He loves it! Since Ensure comes in different flavors, you could make a fruit smoothie with some icecream and whole milk too. Just think about adding as many calories into one little container as you can!
Well, I'd leave my recipes, but besides getting most of them from you, I don't think I've been able to fatten up on them anyway...last I checked I was 131.
